Pre-wedding consultations

We can chat at any point during the booking process, or in the lead up to your wedding, and I'll always be on hand to answer any questions you have or help you to co-ordinate your wedding day

Access to expert advice, tips and recommended suppliers

After you are booked in with me, you will receive a copy of my recommended and trusted suppliers, including hair & make up artists, cake makers, decorators and so much more! In the run up to your wedding you will also receive a small number of email with hints and tip to guide you through the wedding planning process

Wedding day cover from getting ready until 9pm

Your getting ready photos will begin up to 2 hours before your ceremony, allowing plenty of time for staged photos of your dress/suit/shoes/sentimental pieces etc, as well as getting ready photos of you and your loved ones. We will then stay with you until 9pm, allowing us to capture your first dance, cake cutting and a few songs on the dance floor before the evening buffet is brought out. In the instance that you would like us to stay later, additional cover can be added on for £200 per hour

All edited photos, full resolution

Approximately 6-8 weeks after your wedding you will receive a link to your private online gallery, featuring all edited images from your wedding. There are no restrictions on how many you will receive, and all will be hand edited by Steph Barry. Each set of images comes with a personal printing licence and is delivered in full resolution, allowing you to make your own prints for years to come

Complimentary drone footage (where allowed)

Drone footage provides the most incredible alternative view of your wedding day! From aerial shots and video clips of the venue, beautiful group photos in otherwise unobtainable locations, and even a creative spin on your couples photos, we will add this in free of charge. Drone footage is complimentary, and may not be able to be used on the day depending on weather conditions or limitations by the venue.

Online gallery

Your own private online gallery will be provided for a minimum of 1 year after your wedding, and is the perfect way to peruse your photos in an instant, as well as share safely and securely with your family & friends. Downloads are free and unlimited, and your guests will also have the opportunity to order low-cost prints through the gallery if they like

Travel within Wales & South West

I am based in Swansea, however I am more than happy to travel to venues across South, Mid & West Wales, as well as South West England. This is all included in my pricing, however if you are getting married slightly further away please let me know and I will cost up any travel fees for you
