“I’m getting married in 2016 – is it too early to book you?”

It’s a question I’m hearing more and more frequently, and the answer is definitely not! I will book as far in advance as you need. In fact, the earlier you get in touch the more likely I will be available for your chosen date, and the cheaper your package will be! I raise my prices twice a year on average, so between now and 2016 each package could increase by £500-£1000 – that’s a lot of money to save!

“How much deposit do I need, and what is the payment schedule?”

The retainer for each package is £250 and is due at the time of booking in order to reserve your wedding date. After that, 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months before your wedding, and the remaining 50% no later than 4 weeks before your wedding. If your circumstances mean that you would prefer an alternative payment schedule, just get in touch to discuss another arrangement!

“What happens if I need to cancel my wedding or change the date?”

We hope that you don’t have to, but if you do need to cancel your wedding altogether your retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel within 90 days of your wedding then the full payment will be due to us before your cancellation request can be processed.

If you need to change your wedding date then we will transfer your booking and payments to the new date if we are available for the new date. If we are not available for the new date then it will be treated as a cancelation (see above).

[…] couple of weeks ago I posted some questions that I often get asked, and after that post I got a few more, so here they are! Any more questions, […]

Most definitely, Jen! We will capture any couple in love, we do not discriminate.

Yes, always! I have a few photographers who work with me, so there will usually be two or three of us at your wedding depending on the package purchased, but I will always be the primary photographer.

Hi Kate, most definitely! My style is photojournalistic, which means that the majority of the day is captured as naturally as possible with little intrusion. Of course there will be some parts of the day where we will need to pose you for photos but we limit these to the essential family and couple portraits and then you’re free to enjoy your wedding day 🙂

Of course, we will work together before your wedding day to make a list of all your must-have shots (which family members you would like photos with and the configurations). We will try our best to get all the shots on the list for you.

And another question, sorry!! Can I give you a list of shots I want taken on the day?

I want lots of natural photos of my wedding not my guests having cameras in their faces all day long. Do you do natural photos?

Do u shoot all the weddings urself

do you photograph same sex couples?
